With academic foundations in engineering and management, Chartered Manager status and an Executive MBA in Strategy and Change, he combines analytical discipline with a practical understanding of people, culture and commercial performance.
His career spans Aerospace and Defence, Media, Manufacturing, Architecture and Technology, including complex military programmes valued at up to £2 billion and transformation initiatives involving multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 people.
